The invention provides a cation electro-deposition coating composition with good electro-deposition coating adaptability, finish machining performance, anticorrosion performance and mechanical stability used for coating alloying fusion galvanized steel sheet. The cation electro-deposition coating composition comprises flowing components with specified amounts: a modified amino-containing epoxy resin (A) prepared by reaction of monocarboxylicacid (a1) with a carbon number more than 8, epoxy resin (a2) which has at least two epoxy groups in one molecule and has epoxy equivalent of 300-2500, and an amino-containing compound (a3); a xytene formaldehyde resin modified amino-containing epoxy resin (B) prepared by reaction of epoxy resin (b1) with an epoxy equivalent of 180-2500, a xytene formaldehyde resin (b2) with a phenolic hydroxyl, and an amino-containing compound (b3); and a blocking polyisocyanates curing agent (C). |
