<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information with a higher added value according to a user when the information interlocked with public content to the user. <P>SOLUTION: An information presentation device 110 has a meta information reception section 110a, a general information retrieval section 110b, a user information retrieval section 110c, and a general information and user information presentation section 110d. The general information retrieval section 110b inquires related information on viewing content at a user's house 200 to a general information open site 20 by using meta information received by the meta information reception section 110a to be acquired.
