WIDE-FLAME, OXY-SOLID FUEL BURNER

A wide-flame and oxy-solid fuel burner includes: a fuel nozzle which has an aspect ratio of about 2 defined the ratio of the height (H) of the fuel nozzle measured along the minor-axis central line to the width (W) of the fuel nozzle measured along the main-axis central line, long walls which are practically separate from the main-axis central line, and an inlet width (WN); and a pair of guidance vanes which is placed at both sides of the main-axis central line between the central line and the adjacent long wall. The guidance vanes forms a central diffuser between the guidance vanes and an external collection nozzle between each guidance vane and one of the long walls by being diffused from the main-axis central line in the flow direction at a certain angle in a way that the vanes are placed closer at the upper end and wider at the lower end.
