<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter which can be easily assembled and can prevent leakage of a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: A power converter 1 comprises: a laminated body 10 formed by stacking a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a plurality of cooling pipes 3; and a part 4 to be fixed to which the laminated body 10 is fixed. Each of the cooling pipes 3 includes a pair of outer shell members 31 arranged to face each other in an X direction, and an annular gasket 32 interposed between the pair of outer shell members 31. Bolts 5 are inserted into through-holes 35 of the plurality of the pairs of outer shell members 31 in the laminated body 10, and the bolts 5 are screwed into female screw portions 40 formed in a member of the part 4 to be fixed, and thereby the laminated body 10 is pressed in a stacking direction while being fixed to the part 4 to be fixed. A thickness of a portion of the gasket 32 in the stacking direction increases as it is farther away from a nearest bolt 5 of the plurality of the bolts 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
