The present invention relates to a three layer fire protection pipe, more particularly, to a three layer fire protection pipe having an inner layer, a center layer, and an outer layer and having a composition including a CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) resin, a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) resin, and a mixture of the CPVC resin and the PVC resin, in which a stabilizing agent, a filler, titanium dioxide, a processing aid, an impact modifier, a lubricant, a fire retarding modifier, an anti-ultraviolet ray agent, and a coloring agent are included as additives. The three layer fire protection pipe including CPVC according to the present invention can be manufactured by using typical PVC equipment without using separate CPVC equipment. In addition, carbonization occurring on a mold when manufacturing the pipe can be prevented, and fire resistance, workability, and productivity are improved while greatly improving physical properties as the pipe has three layers. |
