In a liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, a support main includes first to third support guide units. The second support guide unit is formed to be extended perpendicularly from the first support guide unit. The third support guide unit is formed to be extended perpendicularly from the second support guide unit. The height of the third support guide unit decreases toward the center area of an optical sheet located on the upper side. Accordingly, the present invention enables light emitted from an optical guide plate to be evenly distributed on the border area of the optical sheet. A fourth support guide unit surrounding the support main can prevent the light leakage which can occur in the outermost border area of the optical sheet.
