<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant containing a natural extract with high safety as an active ingredient, an anti-inflammatory agent, a skin whitening agent, an anti-aging agent, an anti-obesity agent, a cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase activity inhibitor, a skin cosmetic in which the natural extracts are formulated, and a food and drink. <P>SOLUTION: The extract from a flower part of loquat is contained in the anti-oxidant, the anti-inflammatory agent, the skin whitening agent, the anti-aging agent, the anti-obesity agent or the cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase activity inhibitor.
