PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dosage formulations such as a capsule, conventional tablet, and orally disintegrating tablet, capable of delivering a nitrogen (N)-containing therapeutic agent having pKa within a range of about 5-14 to the body in a sustained release manner to be suitable for twice or once a day dosage regimen.SOLUTION: Provided is a curative agent containing at least one organic acid so that a weaky basic drug is solubilized before it is discharged into an unsuited intestinal tract environment where the drug is substantially insoluble. A unit dosage form is composed of many polycoated particles (that is, real time release bead, sustained release bead, and/or one or more time limit pulse type release bead group). While designed not to allow the weakly basic drug to closely contact the organic acid causing an in-situ formation of the acid addition compound during processing and/or during storage, it is ensured that the acid prevent does not depleate before the completion of the drug release. |
