<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electric power generated in a multiple dwelling house to be used according to needs of tenants. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 20 performs control so that generated electric power is basically supplied to a distribution board 22 for allowing the electric power generated by a solar light power generation device 14 to be used by each dwelling unit. The control unit 20 also performs control so that extra electric power which is not used is charged in an accumulator battery 16 or is sold to an electric power company through a commercial power source 28. At that time, an amount to be charged in the accumulator battery 16 and an amount to be sold to the electric power company are controlled according to a ratio of the charge amount to the sold amount of the electric power which is set by an operation display panel 24 in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
