<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold positioning device that miniaturizes a mold miniaturizable in response to the size of a molded product by eliminating the necessity of unifying and standardizing the size of a mold substrate of the mold, for a plurality of types of replaceable molds in the molding machine, and which can easily and reliably perform the centering of each mold on a platen or a plate surface of an attachment plate. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning and fixing device 7 includes: a base member 10 disposed at a position corresponding to a lower end vicinity part of a plate surface 2a of a fixing plate 2; a mold receiving member 15 disposed above the base member and capable of mounting a mold substrate M1b of a mold M; a screw shaft/nut mechanism 20 including a screw shaft 21 and capable of supporting a load of the mold acting on the mold receiving member by supporting the mold receiving member on the base member in a manner allowing position adjustment in a vertical direction; and a lift drive mechanism 30 including an electric motor 31 adjusting the vertical position of the mold receiving member by driving the screw shaft/nut mechanism while the load of the mold does not act on the mold receiving member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
