The circuit device has a light emitting element (1) that is provided with an analog photocurrent detector (D1), which is associated with input side of trans-impedance amplifier (2). The output side of trans-impedance amplifier is associated with analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The trans-impedance amplifier is branched into two symmetrical and differentially driven trans-impedance amplifier branches (3,4) between current outputs of the detector and voltage inputs of ADC, for the direct conversion of the photocurrent into differential voltage.
