<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which makes direct printing on the film possible by a thermal transfer printing method and in which no interference fringe is generated after printing and a decorative hard coat film. <P>SOLUTION: In the hard coat film in which a hard coat layer is formed on at least one side of a base material, an image receiving layer is formed on the hard coat layer by thermal transfer from an image receiving layer transfer sheet with the image receiving layer formed on a support.
