<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide structure in which the specific surface area is high, and the activity is high, and to provide a simple method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A titanium oxide-polyaniline composite that is a tube or fiber shape is characterized in that the surface of a polyaniline that is tube or fiber shape is coated by a coating layer in which a particulate titanium oxide ranges.
