<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone unit, for sure electrical connection between a unit case and a circuit board, surely preventing noises caused by electromagnetic waves, to prevent a pressure caused by a bent portion of an opening part of the unit case from affecting sound collection. <P>SOLUTION: The condenser microphone unit includes a unit case 1, a diaphragm 4 stretched on a support ring 5, a fixed pole 6 supported by an insulating sheet 3, a circuit board 2 arranged in the unit case 2, and an impedance converter 7 which is arranged on the inside surface of the circuit board 2 and connected to the fixed pole 6. An end edge of the opening part of the unit case 1 is bent inward of the unit case 1 over the entire periphery. The shape of the bent portion of an opened end edge is irregular. The components incorporated in the unit case 1 is secured by pressurizing the circuit board 2 with a recessed portion 1a of the bent portion of the opened edge.
