The present invention relates to a multi-purpose spindle device for deep hole machining. A gun drill can be used by being easily installed in a BTA drill type drilling machine. Therefore, the multi-purpose spindle device for deep hole machining can perform BTA drill machining, which is the basic deep hole machining of the BTA drill type drilling machine, and can also easily perform gun drill machining as needed. The multi-purpose spindle device for deep hole machining according to the present invention comprises a housing; a spindle, which is installed to be rotatable inside the housing and has a hollow unit inside; a tool holder, which is combined to the front end of the spindle to be removable; and a rotating operation unit, which operates the spindle. A flange unit is formed to protrude from the front of the housing in the front end of the spindle. A tool holder is combined to the flange unit. A combining nut is coupled to the front end of the tool holder to be removable, thus a collet can be arranged inside the tool holder to be replaceable. The rear end of the spindle protrudes toward the rear side of the housing. A flange member for a chip duct is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end. A sealing member is arranged between the inner bore surface of the flange member of a chip duct and the outer peripheral surface of the rear end of the spindle. |
