<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular organic compound fertilizer having sufficient physical and chemical properties to endure mechanical fertilizing etc., while it is mainly made from steamed leather powder as a raw material at a low cost by making it possible to compound the steamed leather powder as a raw material of the granular organic compound fertilizer much higher than current use (30-40% to the total raw material). <P>SOLUTION: This granular organic fertilizer is manufactured by mixing 50-75 wt.% steamed leather powder, 15-48 wt.% organic fertilizer and 2-10 wt.% granulation accelerator, granulating and drying.
