<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make processing operation corresponding to position movement of a terminal more efficient. <P>SOLUTION: A communication method performs control as follows. A first position at a certain time and a second position at a time after that are identified for a self device. A position set whose element is a position separated from the first position is determined such that a total sum area formed by a radio wave radiation area from the first position and each radio wave radiation area from each position belonging to the position set has no hole and becomes a continuous area. A first list showing an effective channel that can be applied at the first position and a second list showing an effective channel that can be applied at each position belonging to the position set are obtained from database, respectively. A utilization channel is selected from the first list. The available area of the utilization channel is identified by referring to the first and second lists. When the second position is determined to be within the available area, communication control is performed so that the utilization channel is continued to be used.
