<p>A hybrid die casting mold apparatus according to the present invention has a hybrid mold (10) including: a fixed die (20) and a movable die (30) capable of being coupled to and separated from each other; cavities (40) formed in the fixed die (20) and the movable die (30), and used to cast engine brackets to be molded; injection gates connected from runners (50) receiving molten metal, and injecting the molten metal into the cavities (40); and overflow vents (70) forming high vacuum states in the cavities (40), and functioning as paths for the molten metal overflowing from the cavities (40). Therefore, according to the present invention, engine brackets (100A, 100B, 100C, and 100D) with various shapes can be manufactured while particular conditions such as a filling state by the gate receiving the molten metal, the distribution of oxides, and the flow of the molten metal are satisfied and, in particular, a large amount of the engine brackets (100A, 100B, 100C, and 100D) can be easily produced while stiffness required for the engine brackets (100A, 100B, 100C, and 100D) is satisfied.</p> |
