The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a paper fabric. The method for manufacturing a paper fabric according to the present invention comprises: an s1 step of preparing the paper fabric in which a junction unit connects a paper material and a stiffener to each other; an s2 step of performing a surface processing to the paper fabric by a surface treating unit and drying the same; and an s3 step of forming a wrinkle pattern to the surface-processed paper fabric by a wrinkle unit. The present invention is the paper fabric having a texture of natural leather, thereby reducing the fabric costs compared to the natural leather, being convenient to handle, and forming various patterns. |
