FIELD: physics, video.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance. Surveillance is carried out by a television system through a television camera with all-round view in a region close to a hemisphere, i.e., in a spatial angle of 360 degrees on the azimuth and tens of degrees on the angle of elevation. Panoramic colour or black and white images with an enlarged area of the captured image are automatically transmitted to the server of a local area network depending on the time of the day, wherein monochromatic video signals are detected therein with a high signal-to-noise ratio.EFFECT: providing an operator with a colour image during the day and a black and white image during evening or night in automatic switching mode and with a high signal-to-noise ratio for a monochromatic image while increasing the area of the circular image.6 cl, 15 dwg |
