摘要 <p>The present invention provides a flow regulating apparatus (100) comprising: a flow regulating unit which includes a valve hole (32) linking an ingress flow path (31) with a valve chamber (30), wherein a needle unit (5a) provided on an end of a diaphragm needle (5) is inserted into the flow regulating unit and the flow regulating unit adjusts an insertion amount of the needle unit (5a) with respect to the valve hole (32) to regulate an amount of fluid introduced into the valve chamber (30) through the valve hole (32); and a tapered valve sheet (33), wherein a distance from a center axis (C) to the valve sheet (33) gets longer at a constant slope away from the valve hole (32) along the center axis (C) of the valve chamber (30), wherein, at a blocking state where a flow mass ingress from the valve hole (32) to the valve chamber (30) is blocked, a contact position (33a), where the needle unit (5a) contacts the valve sheet (33), is displaced from a valve hole edge portion (32a) which serves as a border between the valve hole (32) and the valve sheet (33). According to the present invention, a flow regulating apparatus, which prevents the deformation of the valve hole, prevents the retention of fluid, and suppresses accumulation of particles contained in the fluid, is provided.</p>
