The device (1) has a safety and arming device (3) and an electrically initiated detonator (5) that is activated by an electronic firing module (4). Another detonator (7) is integrated to a rotor (6) or flap of the safety and arming device. The latter detonator is a detonator sensitive to shocks. The former detonator is arranged opposite to the other detonator when the safety and arming device is in an armed position such that initiation of the former detonator causes initiation of the other detonator.
