The present invention relates to a jerky with nuts and a manufacturing method thereof depending on a drying degree using a rolling characteristics when the jerky is dried, by preventing drying heat wherein surface of the jerky is dried fast and the bottom of the jerky is dried slowly; and provides nutrients from the jerky and nuts by putting nuts such as almond, peanuts, pine nuts, walnuts and sunflower seed in the rolled jerky, roasting the jerky with a direct gas grill, sterilizing the same, adding barbecue taste to the jerky, and supplying the jerky in each packaging. The manufacturing method thereof comprises the steps of manufacturing jerky consisting of preparing, cutting, loading, aging, quick freezing, slicing, a first and a second drying and cutting process; and manufacturing jerky with nuts consisting of mixing, inserting, pressurizing, roasting, freezing, and packaging process. |
