The present invention provides a dredged soil transportation system and a control method thereof. The dredged soil transportation system comprises: a pipe module on which a coil for applying electromagnetic waves to dredged soil flowing inside is wound, and having multiple delivery pipes; a pump module for providing transportation pressure for dredged soil transportation to the pipe module; a database in which flowing information on the velocity of flow and wave forms according to the characteristics of the dredges soil is stored; and a control module communicating with the pipe module, the pump module, and the database by wire or radio, and applying current with the wave forms matched with the flowing wave form of the dredged soil transported in the delivery pipe to the coil.
