PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low refractive index resin composition for forming a coating film having a low reflectance and high scratch resistance on a polarizing plate protection film having a superior anti-reflection property, or an anti-reflection film.SOLUTION: A low refractive index resin composition contains: hollow fine particles; a bi- or polyfunctional ionizing radiation-curable material containing a phenyl-modified colloidal silica, and an acryloyl group or methacryloyl group; and a photopolymerization initiator. The low refractive index resin composition contains the hollow fine particles and phenyl surface modified low refractive index fine particles at a ratio in a range of 99:1 to 30:70. |
