1. An ophthalmologic apparatus, comprising:
an optical unit configured to capture an image of an eye to be examined; a target projection unit configured to project a target on the eye to be examined, the target being used to adjust a working distance between the eye to be examined and the optical unit; and a determination unit configured to determine whether the working distance is appropriate based on a cornea reflection image from the eye to be examined, the cornea reflection image being captured by the optical unit, wherein the determination unit determines a direction in which the working distance is to be adjusted so as to bring the target into focus based on an influence of astigmatism contained in the cornea reflection image captured by the optical unit.
