<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize more certain reverse-rotation drive with a small driving force by detecting, on the basis of a normal rotation state of the stepping motor, whether or not the stepping motor can rotate easily, and by selecting and driving an appropriate reverse-rotation driving pulse.SOLUTION: A stepping motor control circuit 102 comprises: a rotation detection unit that detects a normal rotation state of a stepping motor 103; and a control unit that uses a normal-rotation driving pulse to drive the stepping motor 103 to rotate normally, and also drives the stepping motor 103 to rotate reversely by selecting a reverse-rotation driving pulse from multiple kinds of reverse-rotation driving pulses having mutually-different driving forces on the basis of the normal rotation state of the stepping motor 103 through driving of the normal-rotation driving pulse.</p> |
