The objective of the present invention is to provide a system for transmitting heterogeneous network-linked data and a method therefor, which can enhance convenience and reduce consultation time by downloading a data transmission application to a customer's terminal and an ARS consultant's terminal and installing the downloaded application respectively, and by allowing the ARS consultant to simply select specific data for complicated or difficult information, transmit the selected data to the customer's terminal, and remotely control page output for the corresponding data transmitted to the customer's terminal when consulting with the customer in a state where information to be transmitted as data during consultation between the customer and the ARS consultant is previously classified and stored.
