<p>A casing for a mobile telephone, comprising an auxiliary power supply unit integrated into the casing with a mechanical arrangement for securely holding one or more batteries such as of the type AA, AAA, AAAA, C, D or 9-volt. The casing has at least one positive electric contact and at least one negative electric contact for connecting the one or more batteries. An electric plug or electric connector is connected to the positive and negative electric contacts. The electric connector is made in a form to fit the power input of the mobile telephone such that when the one or more batteries are connected to the electric connectors and the electric plug or electric connector are placed into the power input of the mobile telephone, the mobile telephone can be operated with the power of the one or more batteries.</p> |
