Device for Heating and Foaming Milk Abstract A device for heating and foaming milk, in particular a coffee machine, s comprises: a steam generation device (2) which is designed to produce steam by heating water, where the steam can be taken from the steam generation device (2) via a first line (3) which can be opened and closed by means of a shut-off valve (4), in which the discharge of this first line (5) is designed to be immersed directly in a container (6) in which the milk to be foamed is located; and a feed pump (7) with which air can be io pumped into a second line, where the discharge of this first line (5) is designed to be immersed directly in a container in which the milk to be foamed is located, and where the discharge of the second line (8) is designed to be immersed, separately and spaced apart from the first line (5) with respect to the fluid path, directly in the container (6) in which the milk to be foamed is located so that steam and air are able to be fed fully separate is from one another during heating and foaming of the milk. 5 Figure 1 |
