1. A method for disposing wastes comprising the steps of:
(a) conducting a hydrothermal decomposition reaction of the wastes using 170-250° C. and 18-25 bar steam; (b) separating the product of step (a) into a liquid residue and a solid product using gravity, centrifuging, or applied pressure; (c) drying the solid product separated in step (b) to obtain a solid fuel; (d) combusting the solid fuel obtained in step (c); (e) scrubbing the combustion gas generated in step (d); (f) generating 170-250° C. and 18-25 bar steam to be supplied to step (a), by using the heat generated in step (d); and (g) purifying the separated liquid residue in step (b), followed by discharging. |
