MULTIFUNCTIONAL RAINWATER REGULATING DRAINAGE AND STORAGE UTILIZATION INTEGRATED SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF A multifunctional rainwater regulating drainage and storage utilization integrated system (5) and a construction method thereof The system comprises a storage tank body (1) having at least two load-bearing hollow unit bodies, an inspection well disposed in the inside of the storage tank body and communicated with the outside of the storage tank body, a submersible pump (4) disposed in the inspection well (3), a water inlet pipe (7) connected to the inspection well, a drainage pipe system connected to the submersible pump, and a rainwater recycling pipe system (16) connected to the submersible pump, wherein the hollow unit bodies are provided with at least two water holes used for rainwater flowing, the outside of the storage tank body is wrapped by an impermeable composite geomembrane (2).
