Disclosed are a call service method and system, a system terminal, and a calling terminal. A network call request of the calling terminal is received by the system terminal first, and then a dual call to the calling terminal and a called terminal is initiated by the system terminal, and at last speech path bridging is performed by the system terminal, so that resources of the system terminal are utilized effectively and the voice call flow is simple and easy to be realized. Based on records of the dual call initiated by the system terminal, diverting costs of the network call request of the calling terminal to the charging of a fees-collecting number can also be realized, thereby realizing flexible fees-collecting processing, and achieving the effects of controlling call costs and saving cost expenditures of an enterprise. By binding the calling terminal to a soft number, the effect of reasonably controlling call costs of personnel of the enterprise is realized. |
