The present invention relates to an evaporator cleaning system for a waste heat recovery device using microbubbles which can effectively separate foreign substances attached to an evaporator of a waste heat recovery device, and can easily separate and discharge the separated foreign substances from waste water. Provided are an evaporator cleaning system for a waste heat recovery device using microbubbles which comprises: a heat exchange tank where high-temperature waste water is accommodated; an evaporator arranged inside the heat exchange tank to absorb heat of the waste water; and a microbubble generator separating foreign substances attached to the evaporator by generating microbubbles.
