The present invention relates to OsUNP2 gene as a marker gene of ionizing energy source, a detecting kit of ionizing energy source uisng the radiation marker gene, an over-expression vector using the radiation marker gene, a transgenic plant transformed by the vector and a method for identifying exposure of radiation using the transgenic plant.
