<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye compound having a specified structure; an inexpensive photoelectric conversion element using the same, having a high conversion efficiency, and used for amplifying a thin film of semiconductor particulates; and a solar cell using the same.SOLUTION: The provided compound is expressed by a following formula (1): (in the formula, m1 expresses an integer of 1 to 4; M expresses a metalloid atom; Y, Y, and Yare mutually independent and each expresses a hydrogen atom or an aromatic residue; Zand Zare mutually independent and each expresses a halogen atom; Arand Arare mutually independent and each expresses an aromatic ring; Xexpresses a substituent atop the aromatic ring Arand/or Ar); a photoelectric conversion element wherein the compound is supported on a thin film of oxide semiconductor particulates configured atop a substrate is also provided.</p> |
