Provided is a battery module capable of preventing a conductive member of a negative pole side and a conductive member of a positive pole side from easily being shorted even though a cell unit is pressed due to an external impact, or a metal component is in contact with the cell unit. The conductive member (51) of the positive pole is extended to a second side (2b) which is different from a first side (2a) of the cell unit (2). The conductive member (52) of the negative pole is extended to a first cross section (2e) which is different from the second side (2b) and the first side (2a) of the cell unit (2).
