PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in pressure loss and improvement in heat transfer properties while achieving reduction in size.SOLUTION: In a cooling structure in which a heating element 30 is cooled by bringing cooling fluid into flow contact with a heating element 30 or a base material 22 arranging the heating element 30 thereon, on a first flow contact surface 22a of the heating element 30 or the base material 22 in which the heating element 30 is arranged, which is in flow contact with the cooling fluid, and a second flow contact surface 21b opposite to this first flow contact surface 22a, vortex flow generation parts C1, C2 are formed which extend in the direction intersecting with the circulation direction α of the cooling fluid and generate vortex flow in accordance with circulation speed of the cooling fluid. |
