The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a handmade gangjeong which uses edible grain powder of various colors on the surface of the gangjeong during a process of manufacturing handmade gangjeong made of grains, nut products, etc.; and can convey a message of congratulation or pray using a letter, a shape, or a picture. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing an intaglio design wherein the letter, shape, or the picture is engraved as intaglio; (b) placing the intaglio design on the gangjeong and applying a starch syrup to the intaglio design; (c) spraying the edible grain powder and pressing the same; (d) heating, drying, and fixating the same; and (e) tearing the intaglio design off. |
