摘要 A super 13Cr upset drill pipe manufacturing method, comprising the following steps: conducting end upset treatment of a steel pipe having the following weight percentages of compositions to manufacture an upset-end drill pipe: C=0.01−0.05%, Si≤0.5%, Mn=0.2−1.0%, Cr=12−14%, Mo=1−3%, Ni=4−6%, and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities; heating the whole drill pipe to 950-1000°C, conducting air cooling, and then tempering at 600-650°C; the two upset ends are respectively processed into an external threaded drill pipe joint and an internal threaded drill pipe joint; the end upset treatment is external upset, including three times of heating and three times of upset, with at least one-pass deformation each time and the heating temperature being 1150-1200°C each time; the first external upsetting pressure is 180-220 bar; the second upsetting pressure is 180-220 bar; and the third upsetting pressure is 140-180 bar. The drill pipe manufactured via the process can function as both a drill pipe and an oil pipe, thus satisfying the high-yield drilling operation requirements of a tight sandstone gas field containing CO2.
