PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone fine particle capable of adding use feeling such as soft touch, dry touch and smooth touch and elongation property by blending a make-up cosmetic such as foundation.SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone fine particle to which polyorganosilsesquioxane having a size of 200 to 2,000 nm and smaller granular than a silicone elastomer spherical fine particle on a surface of the silicone elastomer spherical fine particle is attached by adding organotrialkoxysilane to water to conduct a hydrolysis reaction, then adding a silicone elastomer spherical fine particle having a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm, an anionic surfactant and an alkaline material, and condensing hydrolysed organotrialkoxysilane in a stationary state. |
