PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of solving unevenness of quantities of oil held in a plurality of compressors and ensuring an oil level necessary for each compressor, and an air conditioner including the same.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device 2 including a plurality of compressors 10 and 30 connected to a refrigerant circuit in parallel, comprises an oil equalization pipe 55 connecting the compressors 10 and 30 to each other to communicate an internal space of the compressor 10 with that of the compressor 30, and circulating refrigerating machine oil between the compressors 10 and 30; and a valve 55a provided in the oil equalization pipe 55 and opening/closing the oil equalization pipe 55. |
