<p>In the measured value/manipulated variable correction device (20): a previous charge selection section (23a) selects previous charges having operation result information for which the difference from the operation information for the charge being processed is within a specified range; and a correction parameter calculation section (23b) calculates the carbon mass balance error for each previous charge selected by the previous charge selection section (23a), and calculates correction amounts for the measured values and the amount of carbon added to the molten steel by charging an auxiliary feedstock so that the total of the calculated errors is minimized.</p> |
