Provided is a method for preparing a lignocellulosic biomass saccharification liquid with reduced toxicity or little toxicity, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a saccharification liquid obtained by pretreating lignocellulosic biomass through hydrolysis; and reducing toxicity of the saccharification liquid using an electrochemical detoxification method. According to the method, the compounds which are generated during the pretreatment procedure and inhibit microorganism growth and fermentation can be efficiently detoxified. Further, the efficiency of production can be raised by minimizing the loss of sugar and additional costs.
