<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a microporous carbon electrode material for a high capacity capacitor and a high capacity capacitor electrode manufactured by the same, wherein the method is to manufacture a microporous carbon electrode material for a high capacity capacitor which has a high specific surface area and contains a multiple heterogeneous atom only with a single carbonization process by using, as a precursor of active carbon, poly (vinylidene chloride-co-acrylonitrile-co-methyl methacrylate) which has a functional group forming a micro-pore and is a copolymer in which two or more polymers are mixed. According to the present invention, the active carbon with a high specific surface area can be manufactured with the single carbonization process which does not require a chemical activation process unlike existing active carbons by using the poly (vinylidene chloride-co-acrylonitrile-co-methyl methacrylate) as the precursor of porous active carbon.
