PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing graphene is provided to prevent the quality reduction of a graphene layer or the deformation of a catalyst metal layer by supporting the catalyst metal layer based on a specific material-based supporting layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing graphene includes the following: a base material(N) containing a supporting layer, a separating layer, and a catalyst metal layer is transferred into a chamber(100); gaseous carbon supplying source is introduced into the chamber to raise the internal temperature of the chamber; and the base material is cooled to form a graphene layer. The supporting layer includes tungsten(W), zirconium(Zr), chromium(Cr), vanadium(V), rhodium(Rh), technetium(Tc), hafnium(Hf), ruthenium(Ru), boron(B), iridium(Ir), niobium(Nb), molybdenum(Mo), tantalum(Ta), osmium(Os), rhenium(Re), and the combination or the same. |
