The cable management seat (14) pivotably connected between the first and second cable management arms (10, 12). The extension board (34) is fixed to the cable management seat (14). The first support member (24) is pivotably connected to the support seat (16). The second support member (26) is slidably connected to the first support member (24). The guide member (58) is connected to the second support member (26) and extended between the first and second cable management arms (10, 12). The first resilient member (28) is connected between the first and second support members (24, 26). The slide (30) pivotably connected to the extension board (34) and slidably connected to the second support member (26). When the second cable management arm (12) is retracted toward the first cable management arm (10), the second cable management arm (12) pushes the guide member (58) and drives the second support member (26) and the first support member (24) to swing relative to the support seat (16).
