<p>The present invention relates to an LED module for skin treatment, which comprises: a substrate where a through-hole penetrating a top and bottom is formed, and an electrode port is formed around the through-hole; an LED package installed in the substrate, comprising an LED body embedded with an LED chip inside and a lead frame extended from the LED body to the outside, and has the lead frame connected to the electrode port by being inserted into the through-hole; a sheet attached to the bottom of the LED package, and formed with a material having thermal conductivity and electric insulation; and a heat radiating pin attached to the bottom of the sheet. According to the present invention, the LED module for skin treatment can increase the efficiency of heat radiation by shortening a transfer path of heat generated in the LED chip, and also can reduce the manufacturing costs by using a normal PCB by replacing a prior metal PCB for heat radiation. Also, the LED module can be combined and separated easily because the LED module can easily be connected without soldering the LED package to the substrate using a separation prevention plate.</p> |
