摘要 The present invention relates to a device and a method for culturing microalgae applied with chloramines producing and reducing reactions. Ammoniacal nitrogen included in livestock waste is used as a source for culturing microalgae. A part of the ammoniacal nitrogen is chlorine-reduced, so that the concentration of the ammoniacal nitrogen is reduced. The organic material of the livestock waste is oxidized through chloramines generated by chlorine-reduction. Accordingly, appropriate concentration ammoniacal nitrogen and low color degree environment are constituted, so that the culturing efficiency of the microalgae can be improved. The device according to the present invention comprises: an anaerobic digestion tank which anaerobically digesting livestock waste; an MBR tank which biologically treats an anaerobic digestion liquid of the anaerobic digestion tank in order to be separated into sludge and effluent; a chlorine contact tank which converts ammoniacal nitrogen into chloramines included in the effluent of the MBR tank by making the effluent of the MBR tank reacted with a fluorine source and induces the oxidation of organic material by means of the chloramines; a dechlorination tank which removes chlorine components remaining in the effluent of the chlorine contact tank using a dechlorination agent; and a microalgae culturing tank which cultures microalgae using residual nitrogen and phosphorous included in the effluent of the dechlorination tank as nutrients.
