The present invention relates to a heating fan using silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic heaters of honeycomb structure. More particularly, a plurality of SiC ceramic heaters of honeycomb structure are connected in series, parallel or series-parallel, so that the power can be controlled according to the connection arrangement of SiC ceramic heaters. Also, the structure of SiC ceramic heaters is the same, but by adding additives such as crystalline graphite and oxide to SiC which is a main material of the heater, the resistance of materials of heaters can be controlled, thereby saving power. Also, in a reaction sintering process after adding solid carbon powder and melting silicon to the material in which SiC, oxide, and crystalline graphite are mixed, carbon which is not reacted plays a role of hole element, so that heat exchange properties as well as heat radiation efficiency are improved, thereby maximizing the energy efficiency. In addition, the assembly process is simply: fixating one or multiple SiC ceramic heaters on a fixing plate fixed on a hood part of the upper side of the heating fan. Moreover, electric shock accidents can be prevented, so that it can be broadly used for family use, industrial, agricultural, and farming heater. |
